  • Permit & Approval Navigation: Guiding you through the planning system, assisting with the preparation and lodgement of necessary applications  with local councils or private certifiers, and liaising with authorities. Our founder’s background in town planning is particularly valuable here.
  • Pre-Vetted Professional Network: Introducing you to our network of trusted NSW-based professionals, including surveyors, engineers, builders, and modular manufacturers.
